SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Apollo Furniture, we aim to make getting your new finds as smooth as possible. This policy outlines how deliveries, collections, and courier services work when shopping with us.
Delivery Areas:
We offer delivery within:
- Cape Town and surrounds (same-city delivery)
- Nationwide via trusted third-party couriers
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are calculated based on:
- Distance from our location (for local deliveries)
- Size and weight of the item
- Type of delivery (standard or special handling)
- Structural complexity such as stairs, narrow doorways etc
Delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated separately after order placement.
Delivery Timeframes
- Local Delivery (Cape Town): 2–5 working days
- Nationwide Courier: 3–7 working days, depending on location and courier service availability
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched via a third-party courier
Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Collection Option
You’re welcome to collect your order from us directly. Collection details:
- By appointment only
- Location and time will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp after your order is placed
- ID and order confirmation may be required upon collection
Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged. There will be an additional delivery charge if deliveries are done on over the weekends and/or public holidays
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the item at the address provided
- If delivery is missed or rescheduled, an additional fee may apply
Third-Party Couriers
For out-of-area or long-distance deliveries, we partner with reputable third-party couriers. Please note:
- Risk of loss or damage during transit with third-party couriers is transferred once the parcel is handed over
We do our best to package items safely but recommend insuring high-value items (on request)
Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos where applicable)
- We will assist in following up with the courier and assessing possible resolutions
